The English Center's New GED Peer Mentors
Put Students on Track for GED Success

Left to Right - Enrique Roca, Magda Erira, Dagiana Toussaint
The English Center's GED Peer Mentors help students to find ways to overcome some of the barriers to earning their Florida High School Diploma (GED).  Their role is to counsel, coach, facilitate, and encourage ABE and GED students in achieving their educational goals.  They assist students in transitioning into the GED program by providing information and resources about the various options GED students have available to them in our school.  They also help students who have earned their GED dipoma to transition into employment or higher education.  If you are a GED student or want to become a GED student, please come and talk to Enrique, Magda, or Dagiana and let them be your friend and guide on your jouney toward earning your GED.
